You don't really have to be good at swim, bike, and run. You just have to work harder than the person behind you.

One mile in my Pure Cadences
I took these babies out of the box today.
My first thought when I tried them on was, "They don't FEEL very minimalist." I wore them around for a bit, and decided to do a mile on the treadmill with them.
Wow! The feeling is totally different. By the end of the mile, I had all kinds of foot cramps. I got back into my Adrenalines and finished my run. But, I did put them back on to do my plyo exercises.
Verdict: So far, I love them. I can feel my feet working differently, which I'm sure will strengthen my ankles and arches -- a constant concern for me of very flat feet. But I'm going to take it nice and slow so I don't injure myself.
Plus, they look pretty snazzy, if I do say so.
