Lots of training done today! It was all about squeezing things in when I had the time.
Early morning: 1:15 on the bike rollers.
Conference call: Ankle-strengthening exercises.
After work: Quick, easy run and my plyo moves.
It was ALMOST enough exercise to burn off all the cookies, french fries and pop I had for Fat Tuesday. ... Actually, I probably didn't even come close. Ha!
