Between taking a bit of a break, having family in town for the Memorial Day weekend, and then going out of town myself, I only trained twice this past week -- once for about an hour in the pool and once on the bike trainer for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
So I won't be making any major gains this week, but I already feel more rested from sleeping in every day, and the weird hamstring thing that was bothering me seems to have gone away.
I brought some running clothes and a swim suit on this road trip, so I may or may not get some training in. Either way, I'm ready to kick it back up once I'm back home and into my regular routine.
