My first 100-mile running month in a year and a half!

On today's medium distance run I passed the 100-mile mark for the month. I haven't done that since August of 2015, when my IT band and SI joint decided to go rogue.

I was diligent with rehab and now I am in a regular rotation of weight training again. I rebuilt slowly and smartly. I don't run six days in a row anymore. I never, never want to be back in a place where it is painful to run.

Every day I can run is a good day. I won't forget that.
