I was diligent with rehab and now I am in a regular rotation of weight training again. I rebuilt slowly and smartly. I don't run six days in a row anymore. I never, never want to be back in a place where it is painful to run.
Every day I can run is a good day. I won't forget that.
Awesome! Well done on your perseverance and taking things slow and steady.
